These puppies are right up there as one of my favorites.  In my opinion, they're some of the finest smokes that can be bought nowadays.  Before you tell me that I must not have tried many cigars, I've smoked all of the premium brand cigars at several Cigar Aficionado Big Smoke events now and I can tell you that few of them stand up to the overall quality of the Preferidos line from Aurora. 

The E. Leon Jimenes factory maintains a very nice  website at www.laaurora.com.do and I encourage you to visit for information about their cigar lines as well as a look at the history of this prestigious company.  In my opinion, they are mild-to-medium bodied cigars and have a taste of cocoa in them.

The picture seen below shows the Preferidos tube packaging for the Aurora Preferidos Platinum Edition.  That's the current name for the #2 size with the Camaroon wrapper packed in the tubes..  So far, that's the one that fits my taste buds perfectly. When you buy a box of the #2 size not packaged in the tubes, it's one of the classiest boxes and presentations in the business.  I absolutely love opening up one of these boxes!  The only thing better is watching the stock dwindle as I smoke them each night.
