You want a strong cigar?  Well, look no further!  The Indian Tabac company puts out a super strong (Fuerte) box pressed maduro wrapper cigar that will knock your socks off.  They have a very peppery, spicy taste.  Occasionally, they burn a bit unevenly but that is to be expected with a thick, oily maduro wrapper.  To me, the construction of the cigar is a bit crude.  I can't complain too much, however, since this is a low-priced cigar.

As of 2008 there is no longer a website dedicated to the Indian Tabac line.  Rocky Patel has chosen to highlight his other premium lines of cigars and I actually believe that production of the Indian Tabac line has either ended or is severely curtailed.  You've got to look around for internet retailers who carry the Indian Tabac line and then you've got to make phone calls to make sure that they're actually in stock before you place an order.  For me, I love the cigars enough to go through the extra effort it takes to get them in my humidor and out to the patio for a smoke.

Since I get to express my opinion on my own website, I sure wish Rocky would continue to produce and sell the Indian Tabac line of cigars.  There is always room for a less expensive cigar (especially one with this type of flavor profile).  If I've got dollars to spend and Rocky's not going to provide what I like then my money will be going to someone else.

I like these cigars and if you can handle a strong, peppery cigar taste....you will too.
